Fundraising for School activities and projects is organized by the Flemington School Parent and Friends Group (PFG). This is a group of interested parents/whanau and community members who want to help provide the best opportunities for the children at Flemington School. The Flemington Mud Run is held annually at Lake Station, with other events organized when a good opportunity arises. A community Stock Drive can be run on an as required basis.

The PFG also runs a Cattle Scheme which organizes for cattle to be grazed by members of the community on behalf of the School.

They are always coming up with new ideas that help raise funds and also create opportunities for the community to get together and have a good time. It is a great way to get involved with the school and a great bunch of people.

On occasions throughout the year the school actively involves itself in fundraising for charities. In the main it is for organizations that have some relevance to us. Past activities have included: 'Epilepsy NZ', 'Pink Shirt Day'

Please contact Abby Taylor, or one of the other Flemington PFG members or the school if you have ideas to share. They are very welcoming to any parents/whanau and would love everyone to get involved.
